From what I can gather I believe this song is about man involving himself in war that will bring about the Apocalyptic end of the world "Mankind owes his pain to hell
As he brings the end upon himself" As stated in the song, Slayer is well known to bring Apocalyptic themes into their songs, at least this is what i think still a kick ass song in it's own right heh!
