I believe the fifth line says, "I still got mountains to climb." mountain is plural there.
I love the chorus, particularly these lines:
"Do you love me enough to let me go?
To let me follow through
To let me fall for you, my love"
I think they mean that sometimes you gotta let go of someone you love for them to realise they love you back, to LET them follow through and fall for you, instead of you just assuming they love you back.. I don't think it's saying you have to like break up or discontinue your relationship, you just maybe gotta let go of that assumption and let them follow through by their own self. I love how Switch foot put it, "follow through."
