After years of coming to this site, this is my 1st post on this forum. I figured it was appropriate to have my 1st post be on an instrumental.
I used to live on the beach in Fort Lauderdale and I remember walking home from the gym and hearing this song coming from one of the bars and I was like "No way."
What this song means to me is it reminds me of perhaps background music to Mary Tyler Moore in 1971 or something like that. A rainy day. Beautiful, but somehow still bittersweet like the Carpenters or something like that. A rememberance of the past and how things were.
It reminds me of being 4 years old in 1971 and being taken by my mother to pre-school and driving in her car in a rainy day in Cleveland, Ohio.
