Venus vs. Mars

i thought it was pretty obvious what this was about... my interpretation was that J was in a relationship with some girl and they didn't really have anything in common and the relationship was really only physical (hence the chorus). for example:

1. 'Hov's a Blackberry Bold, shorty is a Sidekick'
2. 'I'm on that red wine, shorty like white'
3. 'Me I'm from the apple, which mean's I'm a Mac, She's a PC'
4. 'Shorty like Pepsi, Me, I'm the Coke man'

this highlights the differences between them and that in reality they are polar opposites.

1. blackberry bold and sidekick - both cell phone devices, but highlighting that they like different things.
2. red wine and white wine - blatantly obvious contrasting
3. apple mac vs PC debate, another opposite
4. again with the opposites, some like pepsi, some like coke.

verse two speaks of their similarities

1. Whether black or white, We both like Mike etc. however he goes on in the end to say
2. I thought shorty liked Mike, found out she liked Prince

showing that what they did have in common was just lies in the end...

did this not occur to anyone...?
