Now I know the singer has an accent and all, and it's hard to understand what he's saying at times, but I'm almost positive that he's saying, "Is how you feel like being a mannequin." Not American. I mean look at the video, they're acting as mannequins. It has to be.

I'm sorry but the words there are right. The song is about Americanization. It's about America taking other cultures and slashing them, making them their own. This song means what the chorus says. 'Welcome to America They all say That your dreams can last forever. But your heart can never stay'

really; he's saying American. Look at the context, or the song title. Thats just what American sounds like with a Scottish accent.

it says everything i own is make in the us of a . . . its all about how everywhere is turning american, im scottish and its very easy to understand that he is saying american
