I seriously cannot believe no one has left a comment on this song. This is my favorite of Eyeshine's but all their stuff is simply awesome. To me this song is about the beginnings of a relationship that hasn't quite started yet. You know, where you have those butterflies at first and everything's a little awkward but in a good way. All you want to do is be around that person but you don't want to come off as crazy or anything so "I guess I'll see ya next Sunday..." Sunday seems to be the only day that the two get to see each other in this song. That's just what it means to me = )
It also is supposed to be about how ppl who go to church can be sorta two-faced, since they come to church and act all holy and then go off during the week and do bad stuff. I had no idea it meant that until the Eyeshine explained it...I was with you on the relationship thing... <3 Eyeshine ^_^
