My guess is "orange herbicide" from the Agent Orange herbicide and defoilant which caused many birth defects in Vietnam and "clockwork" from Clockwork Orange the novel. The clockwork part stands for the bizarre and absurd.

I actually ended up reading the book A Clockwork Orange because of this song. Now I have raised more questions to behaviors of humanity, and this song makes a little more sense now :)

Clockwork Orange movie was pretty crazy,I haven't seen someone beaten to a pulp with a dick statue in a movie before ;)
