The message in this song is somewhat obvious; it's listed right in the title! What this track is trying to say is that no matter how bad you want something done, the only way to have it happen is to do it yourself! Actions speak louder than words!
The lines "The Volume's always the same" and "Here we go again" are Klayton's way of saying that he's heard way too much of talking about getting things done, and nobody's taking initiative and doing it. He's sick of it.
