I LOVE this song. Her vocals on it are incredible. You can feel the raw emotion just by listening. I nearly cried the first time I heard it. It was "gut wrenching" and it really got to you. I still don't know who it's towards. It can be interpreted as "daughter-father" or Allison could be singing it to a guy whom she can't be perfect for. I love the meaning of the song though..on how we all have scars and we're not perfect...but these "scars" make up who we are.
