In case any of you aren't aware of this, Legion is a biblical character, in which 1000 spirits escape Hell/Abyss and possess a guy. When Jesus asks the possessed guy what his name was, the response was "My name is legion, for we are many."
Bible stuff aside, I have no idea what the song means, but my guess is that "Legion" intends to create hell on earth.
