I'm going to have to disagree. Skye's music to me got better. If your a teen or pre-teen, her first album is great for that age level, because you can relate and it's nice sugary pop. It was a good album, but Skye did grow up, and her second album is good as well. I love this song, it's VERY original. Sure, lots of other artists have used the, "Oh music is my boyfriend' bit, but I mean read these lyrics. Repetitive? Yes. Original? Very much so. "My boyfriend is the bang, the boom, the beat", I've NEVER heard that line before. I can definitely relate to this song because I'm a music fein myself, so yeah. The meaning is pretty much obvious.
