I'm pretty sure that "lay" should be replaced with "late". And I think there may be a third verse before the chorus, but the vocals are a bit hard to understand (maybe "Don't tell me lies"?). As for the meaning, I have no idea what it is, but I still like this song. It has a nice, mellow sound to it.
