Agree with the latter. I doubt many people, though, know what "existentialism" is....at least on a more than definitional (not even a word...oh well) level. I studied it briefly and still couldn't understand it; it flew over my head! Love the band. Heard the song today for the very first time...

pretty much this song sums up existentialism and being an independent soul- making your own decisions etc.
