basically, these 2 people have been together off and on, but the guy wants them to stay together while the girl keeps leaving him and coming back. the guy finally realizes this isn't healthy for him and that she has done so much damage to him that he can't take any more or her...thus he is saying he wants to move on once and for and break up but he knows she will come back to him trying to get back together again, but he wants her to leave forever if she is going to leave now.
