"I've got a degree in science,
yet shaking my fists in defiance."
I used to just really like them because I think it's quite a funny rhyme. At face value its just talking about still feeling youtful, fitting with the rest of the song. But there's also a wonderful second meaning it that Reese Roper (the band's lead vocalist) really DOES have a degree in science and yet he is still performing in a Christian band... he is a Christian despite his scientific education. I think that's a really great thought, that religion and science can in someway exist together.
