It's not typical because this is a bit of a straight ahead rock and roll/soul record with some Brian's flair... the double-tracking of the lead vocals; Mike Love's baritone "dun dun dun" augmenting the bassline; the high falsetto "love it, love it"; so much to listen to in 2:15.
