What I think this song is about is homosexual. I mean look at the first verse "The pain of love won't break us up. We don't need your salvation." Then there's "The pain of love, will never stop. We are our own creation." I'm not gay or bi but, I really do think that is what this song is talking about. Look sometimes it's hard for gays to have peace when they're together. So I think Bill is saying or what Tom is singing is that gays and bis go on and on but, people just don't want to see them together. So they're(Bill and Tom) saying that everyone should have the right to love someone no matter gay, striaght, or even bi they should love someone. By the way I remember Bill says how he laughs at all the rumors about him being gay but, that he was going to write a song for his gay fans and gay people out there. I think it was really sweet for him to do that this song gives people comfort. Plus I love that Bill and Tom are singing together for this one all expect the courses but, still it's not a bad song.
