Sometimes I like to listen to the lyrics the way I heard them the first time even though it's wrong. Like when he says, "roll the dice for me", I heard "nobody dies for me". I thought maybe he was expressing a profound guilt for someone who sacrificed his/her life for the writer's life that failed to produce anything good. A lot of their lyrics are highly ambiguous often sounding like they could be saying two different things. I wonder if this was an accidental ambiguation because of their accent or an intentional device? I don't know these guys come off as pretty smart hehe..
