"Dragged our Jesus hair around" is almost certainly a reference to Sylvia Plath's poem "Medusa" ("Dragging their Jesus hair"). Other lyrics remind me of the poem as well; if it is about Courtney Love, it is a reference she would probably recognize. Makes sense as well because "Medusa" is about an oppressive female relationship (in Plath's case, with her mother).
