Feels like he's talking about how the Antichrist will deceive people claiming he is Christ and people will believe it.

I feel like he's saying how the Mind of the people will be dying, not the Physical. E.g. you'll try and tell the people what's wrong with the whole Christ thing and they won't believe you.
"Hear the rumors of war so blow us away"
Some say there will be a world war 3, the way it will occur differs among various ideas but I'm quite certain there will be, dudes just saying end the pain imo, he can't stand the way the world is.
I feel like this song isn't meant for today though, it's like P.O.D has released this song intended for sometime in the future.
