I just herd this song for the first time and after a few replays, I officially can't listen to it without it breaking my heart and putting me on the verge of tears. It's just my life in a nutshell and I really hate it when people point out to me that while my life is wicked awesome, it's also a razor thin road with destruction on both sides. It's so sweet and I really don't know what to think. All things considered, it's gotta be about the perils of the club kid and/or rock and roll lifestyle.

As the song goes, I've been there once or twice, too (or, actually, more) and I could have written something similar back then.
I only hope that things have turned out well for you.
