I agree. Their kind of mellow songs are so soothing and addicting at the same time. For me, I think it's about that one person caring for another one who has problem with him or herselves. "Overdose" and "addiction", you can take it literally - that person take drugs cause he/she have inner conflicts, and therefore want to find an escape through what they do. The speaker of the song wants to be there for that person and before that person actually does that to him/herself, the speaker wants to get that last shot and just be there for that person. When you dance with a partner, you're holding on to them, so that last dance could be like saying "hold on to me".
