I completely disagree, to me this song has always been about someone feeling down, when times are hard, like if they're diseased.
You should keep on moving far away, and don't you feel about giving up, because the day has just begun. You think you've had too much, but you should keep on going and the dawn will come, your life has just started. You will dance across the seasons to come and you will be happy (and with me - 'put your arms around me'). I'm not sure about the circle around the sun metaphore, it could mean anything. And about the angels... perhaps the place with the angels is heaven, but you won't be going there any time soon, because you're still alive and will keep moving.
