i think this song is a metaphor for all the drugs tom tried and the end part about being sick of being a dealer sick of the calls and paranoia from the cops. the part about coffee "her ugly side was showen" i think he means the crash u get from coffee and how agitated u can get. this is all just a well educated guess though
