i kind of agree with that. i think it is about about sin but more about reconciling them with yourself and learning to move on in a more positive direction. not specifically reconciling them in christianity, just cause there are no obvious references to christianity, and because the band isnt a christian band (which the band themselves have stated). either way this song kicksass!!! These lyrics have nothing to do with chrisianity in my opinion. Most of the lyrics in here portray buddhist beliefs such as when he sings, "I plead to change my life, just before I dream and wake to realize that change is inside me." Is basically a summary of the purpose of the buddhist religion, to find your inner self and have power over your soul. Buddha means "the awakened one" and it means waking up to find your true self and separate your self from the illusion we call life. I believe the song goes through a...

I think what WCAR tries to do is take the best parts of christianity, and different philosophies, like Buddhism, and use them to better peoples' lives. Yes, the positive outlooks and attempt to find the deep meaning does support the Buddhist beliefs, but they also support christianity. Also, "Created and cured by the same," is definitely a christian reference.

seems to me this song is about sin....and finding comfort christianity and in knowing their sins have been forgiven
now that i think about it, that makes a lot of sense.

I completely agree with you. I'm glad I'm not the only one who felt that way about this song. I love WCAR.
