Apparently the producers of the film wanted to use Seven Nation Army by the White Stripes but were refused so Danny Elfman wrote this song.
I think it is similar to 7 Nation Army as it sounds forceful and intimidating without being loud or aggressive.
The guitar work is also a nice mix between White and Danzig
