I didn't think this song was creepy at first - I thought it was very sweet and my opinion of the meaning was very much like L4atjuh's. However, when I was looking at the album art of the Deluxe Edition of "The Boy Who Knew Too Much", I found a little picture of a newspaper reading "DR. It leads me to believe the song does have a bit of a creepy meaning - the boy is possessive and takes control of the girl by hiding the girl from her parents and siblings siblings,taking up the titles himself.
However, I do prefer to look at the song as I did before - while I guess it was meant to be creepy it can still be considered sweet and very loving.
