I think all the posts are correct but missing one aspect. Look at the title "Straight from the Jacket." This song is about a step-father who sends a kid to an insane asylum. 'The men all dressed in white, when you become undone." Pretty much saying, if you're going to act suicidal then we will "feed you to the lions" and show you what it REALLY means to feel scared and hopeless. (looking down the barrel of a loaded gun - as someone mentioned earlier)
