Candykaos probably got the meaning right, but I can't help but think of love when I hear this song. Like, when you're with the one you love, the world doesn't matter and all things, both good and bad, just fade away. The song also brings this feeling of relief, as if something negative has gone away, like finally reuniting with your love, or the ending of a war, which fits nicely with the album's theme.
Anyway, that's just how I see it.
Very simple and yet so very emotional.
I think it's actually "not in Satan, not in God"
