There are a few things I might contest, but i have only heard their songs in poor or live quality. I tried to watch Alexis Krauss' mouth moving on this video when i listened to the song, so hopefully I can help you out a bit!
line 2: instead of "like the pentagon" it's something like "and I know the part" or something "apart"
lines 3-6: switch the "we"s and "you"s. It should be "YOU are the river flow, and WE can never know. WE'RE just the weathermen; YOU make the wind blow"
line 11: this one is hard, i think the first word is actually "sick" not "six" and ends with "is" because of the next line.
line 12: "cut UP in the bathroom" instead of "'em"
Line 14: "friends" should be "friend" singular
line 16: I don't think it's "You're all alone, friend?" (watch video at 1:06)
line 17: if the above is correct, then "pick up their phones then" should be (and sounds like) "pick up the phone then"
The rest of the song repeats the previous verses, so there you go! Great song!
Thanks, I'll check more of these out when I've got a bit of time next week. If you'd like the studio version of this song, which I've been working off, I'd be happy to provide it. They play it differently live--at least they did when I saw them (specifically the "pentagon" part, & lines 3-6, which I am reasonably sure are correct). I really appreciate the corrections & when I have time to sit down & listen to the song about 10 times, I'll fix it up.

There are two versions of the song floating around... I believe it is an earlier version of the song that contains the "like the pentagon" lyrics, while the newer version (again, what I think is the newer version) contains the lyrics "and I know the part".
The other changes seem to be a result of the song being a different version as well...

SORRY, typo: LINE 16- i meant to say I don't think its "And all our old friends", i think it IS "you're all alone, friend?"

Yeah, I'm pretty sure the different versions are just two different songs. Ring Ring and Rill Rill.
