It seems to me that the overall message can almost be inferred from the title. It is about being young, or embracing the essence of youth. Desire, passion, gratification, impulsiveness, fearlessness, et cetera are hallmarks of youth and the qualities of life cherished in the verses of this song. When I see the title, "Brave Bulging Buoyant Clairvoyant", I tend to think of it as a metaphor for the young (we boys especially). Confident, risk-taking, ostentatious, sexual, wanton, invincible, cocksure, know-it-alls. That sounds about right, doesn't it?
