this song is about how he was just like "every other guy"-you know just trying to get into girls pants. and he saying he knows that's not being a real man. he is admitting that there are more good girls than men.
and of course, he gets hurt in the end because she moves on and goes to school-out of state-and he knows it was his fault that they aren't in touch. this song is pretty raw and i like that but the crying is kind of annoying :P
