I totally agree with Sielense... when i first listened to this song, its easy to think he just doesn't want/wanted to be with this girl, but rather faked his way through loving her, but thats not what i felt like it was saying at all. I feel like he just didn't want to admit that he had true feelings for her and that he was really hurt by her. So just to hide that fact and to try to make her feel the same pain that he was feeling, he told her that he never had feelings for her anyways, which is something that i and im sure very many guys can relate with...
But I guess i am completely wrong if flagrant's story is true, but i guess music meant to be interpreted any way you see fit, so i like my interpretation...
