It's just a guy that wants to fuck the brains out of some girl, it's got a primitive feel to it with the rhythm as well which makes me think it's more about pure lust than love (and it's backed up by the lyrics). Caligula was a Roman Emporer who was known for being a bit insane and particularly ruthless by the way, so it fits in with crazy, primitive sex with no strings attached.
