I came here to find out what this song was about but no one had commented… so I found out elsewhere… here goes

Swami Sadanand Sant Gyaneshwar was a Hindu religious leader who, on Feb 11 2006, while returning to his ashram in Varanasi, was gunned down and killed along with seven of his followers in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India by unknown gunmen using AK-47s http://www.expressindia.com/news/fullstory.php?newsid=62698

I don’t know what the “You took down three” line refers to as none of the gunmen seem to have been killed of caught. "Your going to the next one" probably refers to the next life, same with "movin' on".

This song reminds me of ‘The Last Stand Of Shazeb Andleeb’ from ‘Cult Of Ray’, which is a true story about a kid who died after being beaten by other students at Narbonne High School, Harbour City, California,

That's what i like about Frank, he writes great music with interesting lyrics about intersting people and events. I can't wait to see The Pixies next may in Sydney. :D
