This is one of my favorite songs. What she means in it i dont know but to me it has had a profound effect. After i was in a bad accident and went through alot of physical, mental and emotion therapy Trouble in my head just made almost too much sense. As i was leaving my loving devoted girlfriend of over 3 years because "The trouble with myself is that i dont know me" It made me feel alittle less alone, and helped me to explain to her what was going on inside me after a severe head injury. I think she wrote the song meaning that she is bored with her life, wants to change but at the same time wishes that she would stop changing. Whatever she meant and was feeling at the time it is a great song
