Honor Society has a song called "Nobody Has to Know" and Demi says that the guy in the song told her this.
They have a song called "Don't Close the Book" and in it they say "We'll meet up on another page, don't close the book". Basically the same lyric that Demi says in the bridge.
There are rumors all over the internet about them dating, and it's already confirmed that they atleast are friends and know each other. It only makes sense.
