Lyric discussion by REDorb

I freaking love this jam right here, but I am a lil confused bout the steve biko name... I know who he is and all, but I never felt I really understood why other than his stance when he was reppin for "black conciousness"... and many other reasons like his contribution to helping end the bantu education system... but is there another reason?

Yeah the title is kind of a stretch but Biko has a few mentions in the song hence the titling. like when phife goes, "I'm radical with this like the man this song is after". ATCQ was all about "stirring it up", mixing new styles and in the same light biko was trying to mix up south africa/bring down apartheid. nice little homage while it's not truly a song just about biko.

midnight marauders could be one of my favorite hip hop albums of all time
