Why no comments? Amazing song off of the deluxe edition of Liebe Ist Für Alle Da. My German isn't great, but I believe it translates into "Danube Children", and directly refers to a flood-related disaster on the Danube River in 1999 or 2000. Heavy rains caused a dam rupture, which triggered massive flooding of local townships and a nearby mine. Toxic materials from the mine were swept into the river, which contaminated water supplies and poisoned much of the area wildlife. Just a guess, but I'd interpret the 'kinder'/children in this song to be the fish and other creatures around the river. Given Rammstein's proclivity of airing out disastrous events, including that of their namesake (the Ramstein Air Show disaster), I think it fits.

Fits perfectly, I'm German and haven't discovered any hidden meaning, so what you said seems to be the meaning.
