I'd say this is more about trying to 'pick up' on a weekend night and trying to put on a facade and use 'lines' to go home with a girl and feeling so full of shit and insincere whilst doing it but knowing that doing this is simply a symptom of loneliness that's spilling over the side...
..and at the end of the night about getting a hooker but knowing that this won't help because it's just another symptom of loneliness spilling over the side
