Best song on the album in my opinion. I'm pretty sure it's about a man wrestling with God (Gen 35 I think, check out Jacob). The song has a lot of the themes that are portrayed throughout Oh, Sleeper's music, sexual addiction, unworthiness, insignificance, and God being like "dude, I love you, shut up and follow me." "Although my eye's on eve you're ready to bleed for me as if I'm royalty." I love that line, I think it brings up some of those themes. It's basically Adam's lamentations through his sons, we woke up one day, and eve became this pillar of sex (figuratively anyway). I'm pretty sure that's how Micah intended this song.
