The song is about trying to progress after the loss of your one true love to death...he is trying to move on...he is having problems trying to progress and everyone knows after the loss of a loved one your emotions go from up to down and back again......at least that is my theory...
I am in total agreement with creator 1456 - this song has great melodic progression with proper building of sound. There is also a perfect balance between highs and lows - Emma and Shimon - couldn't have said it any better myself....
