I lost my best friend a month ago in a tragic surfing accident. He was like my other half, my brother. I was the girl that would ignore the fact that I was in love with my best friend and would go out with older guys. I saw him the day before at school and then that next morning he was gone...at 15 years old...gone in a split second. Everything happens for a reason. My life has been forever changed and nothing will ever be the same. This song really expresses to the way I've been feeling and will always feel for the rest of my life. Though he may be gone from earth, he is alive and at his true home in Heaven living his life in Eternity with our amazing God. I miss him so much. I wish I could have let him know how much I cared about him and that I loved him while he was here. But I think he knows. I know he knows now. I'm happy to know that he is happy. Live In Peace CM.
