For me this song represented finally separating yourself from a relationship gone bad.
"Save yourself tonight, stop the fight, because everything... its over"
Realize that everything is over, that you can't fight for your relationship anymore. Save yourself before the fight ends up killing you.
"You think you got what it takes then get up"
Stop hanging onto the past and get back up on that horse.
"3,2,1. We got 3 seconds to freedom"
3 seconds is all it can take to finally free yourself.
I could be way off base with this and I'm not trying to turn this into another emo song or anything. Pop Evil has such a raw rock sound that holds true to a "Gun & Roses-esque" era. Love them. Hope they release more music.
