I think it's about the brevity of life. 'I am a capsule of energy' meaning we're just short bursts of life. I heard that a lot of this album was inspired by her experiences as a mother and i would imagine that by creating life and falling so completely in love with it as most people say they do, she's realised how short her own is and 'longs for every moment' with baby. I guess it can be interpreted many ways but that's what i feel when i listen to it. KARIN RULES!
