I see it as this guy is comparing his love to wine and wine-related things.. meaning he is possibly intoxicated by her and her beauty, for it seems he is really in love with this woman.
I also see that they do have a strong relationship, but like every relationship, have their troubles.
"you say come touch me, but you are always out of reach" just simple say one thing and do the opposite type of thing, nothing enough to cause a break up, but possibly make the relationship stronger..
Also, not yet sure how i would react to being compared to wine.
