Im not 100% sure...but to me the bit in the end in quotation marks is talking about how elizabeth was sentenced to stay in the room inside the castle for the rest of her life. And how she is litterally pacing around the room while shes going insane. And her beauty is slowly fading "my beauty shall wilt, unseen" and shes doesnt want to be alive "come to take my soul to peace or hell for company"
