The songs on this album seem to refer to religion a lot more often than previous albums (on the cross, mosh n' church). it has been mentioned by the band that this album is about coming to terms with hating yourself.. and this song pretty much sums that up.
The first few lines refer to how the guy has done a lot of horrible things that no one knows about, hence the "kept inside me". "You try avoiding death by kneeling to pray" is an excellent line, pretty much stating that those praying are doing so to avoid the fear of death, which is inevitable. "There's no one there that you know.. that's why I'm headed below." If heaven exists, no one is good enough to make it in, including the singer.. that's why he's going to hell.
"Count on this blood on my hands, just to get me in. Save all the sins you can't stand, to cash them in."
Cashing in his sins for a ticket to Hell? I'm not sure, it could be hypothetical, but it seems he's just restating the fact about all the bad things he's done that he can't take back. If you take Bert's story meaning about Blood On My Hands, it makes more sense.

I tried to make sense of some of it, haha.
