Not sure if he means the city of a person named Paris. My inclination is that he's talking about an individual, but maybe that's just personification of the city.

Either way, it reminds me of Paris Burning ( http://97.74.65.51/readArticle.aspx?ARTID=6707 ) Back in November of 2005, a bunch of angry protesters took to the streets of Paris in a violent demonstration that lasted eight days. On November 3rd "rioters burned 315 cars. In the previous week, they torched 177 vehicles and burned numerous businesses, a post office, and two schools."

And today, when I listen to it, it reminds me of the 2009 Tea Part Protesters.

I'm so tired of these freaks and their violent streaks. RIP Bill Sparkman.
