The meaning is very easy, from my point of view;
It's about a boy, really in love with his friend (the girl). But the girl just sees him as a friend, and nothing more. She tries to hook him up to her sister, but he doesn't want her sister, he wants her. But the girl is in love with another boy, "the wrong choice".
And it's really cool, because all of it is in the cinema.
